Spring smoothie
Finally! The weather is getting warmer in the Midwest, and temperatures have been rising around the country. When that happens, the craving for something cool and sweet gets stronger. Luckily the 3-A-Day website has plenty of recipes that are cool, sweet, and contain nutritious dairy products that won’t break the calorie bank. We tried the Yogurt Mango Smoothie.
